Face Masks - The use of Face Masks in Northern Ireland is mandatory on Public transport only. For further information click here. However, this advice maybe subject to change. There are certain people who are exempt from wearing a mask, however the GPs will NOT be issuing an exemption note for patients. Any individual who develops symptoms of Covid 19 are advised to self isolate and book a test as soon as possible. On the following link – Covid 19 testing OR by phoning 119
The definition now includes:
A new continuous cough OR fever OR a loss or changed sense of normal smell or taste. Children over the age of 5 years old in Northern Ireland are eligible. Testing will take place at one of four testing centres.
