All new patients are offered an appointment and health check up on joining the practice to enable them to familiarise themselves with the practice and its procedures. This helps ensure continuity of prescriptions and medical care, whilst your clinical records are transferred to us.
Kerrsland Surgery provides general medical services to parts of BT4, BT5, BT6, BT18 & BT16 postcode areas.
You can view our boundary map here. Or visit our surgery where a receptionist will help you.
Please visit our surgery to complete a request to join form and remember to bring your medical card with you.
