The Practice is open from 8.30am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday except on a Thursday when we close at 1.00pm.
We are operating a telephone consultation service only for the Doctors please ring us on 02890 296600 before 11.00am.
With effect from the 23rd March 2020, the building will be closed for script collection, leaving in discharge letters and the collection of letters. Prescriptions, sick lines etc can be collected by patients at our front left window at two separate times of the day. Please try not to ring us at these times.

We want to help community pharmacies who are facing unprecedented demand helping deliver scripts to our patients and welcome access for pharmacy collection between 10.00am – 5pm .
Please allow 72 hours to process repeat medications, this allows us more time to process your request and reduces your waiting time.

On Thursday afternoon a Doctor is on call for emergencies.
GP Telephone Consultation – Available via telephone call between 8.30am – 11.00am or until all the telephone consultation slots are used.
Telephone consultation enables the Doctors to manage many more patients symptoms by telephone. However, if the Doctor wishes to conduct a physical examination they will invite you for an appointment into the practice.

We offer a booked appointment service daily with our treatment room nurse for blood samples and BP checks between 9am and 1030am.
For patients with blood monitoring and INR checks specific clinics are available to book. These clinics will run on Wednesday’s from 9am – 12noon with one of our treatment room nurses.
The afternoon treatment room is open from 2.00pm – 4.50pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. This is by appointment only. No bloods can be taken in the afternoon, due to Ulster Hospital Laboratory collection times.
Dressings, injections and travel advice require an afternoon booked appointment in the treatment room.
Asthma/ COPD and Diabetic Annual Reviews must be booked with our Practice Nurses, a longer appointment time is required.
Cervical Smears are carried out by our Practice Nurses on allocated clinic days each month. Patients are also able to attend Familiy Planning clinics to have their smear done if our clinic time and dates do not suit.
