    Effective from the 01st July 2025, Kerrsland Surgery are introducing a New Complaints Handling Procedure which is now in line with other local government bodies.   

    Please find attached the Kerrsland Surgery – Complaints Procedure.

    Should a complaint need to be filed on behalf of a service user by a third party please also complete this form.  Third Party Consent Form.
