We will write / text eligible patients inviting them to attend for their Influenza and Covid Vaccination. We aim to carry these out in September and October 2023. Please do not contact the surgery
The eligible groups for the vaccine administered at the practice are Pre School Children aged 2 – 4 on the 01.09.2023, those aged 6 months to aged 65 in clinical at risk groups(to Inc. pregnant women), all patients aged over 65 on the 31st March 2024 and carers.
Patients who are aged 65 plus and resident in a nursing / care home will be attended by the community pharmacy team. Patients who are housebound and eligible will be attended by District Nursing.
A letter has been sent to parents of children aged 2–4 on the 06.09.23 inviting you to bring your child on the specified date and time on the letter. These clinics will be held on the 21st and 22nd September 2023.
