The eligible groups for the vaccine administered at the practice are all patients aged over 75 and patients who are immunosuppressed from the age 18 and under 75.
Patients who are aged 65 plus and resident in a nursing / care home will be attended by the community pharmacy team.
Patients aged between 5 and under 18 who are immunosuppressed will be vaccinated by the trust.
