There are a set number of telephone consultations available each day. Once the safe working limit is reached, we only have capacity for medical emergencies. This can be frustrating at times but patient demand sometimes outstrips our availability. Please consider the use of community pharmacies and minor injury clinics.
We would remind patients to demonstrate compassion towards our administration team.
We have a zero tolerance policy on aggressive or threatening behaviour.
