On the 8th March 2019, the practice will have a new clinical system installed. This work is unavoidable as our current system will be unsupported from the end of March 2019.
The clinical system is new to the whole team and we are currently undergoing training on its use.
During the roll out we will be reducing the number of booked appointments available to our patients but open surgery will still be available. Like anything new, we expect some glitches which may impact on the high level of service our patients have come to expect. We aim to keep the disruption to a minimum during the implementation phase.
