We do our best to serve you.

If we've done something right, please let us know.  But, if you have a complaint, please speak or write to our practice manager, Mrs. Amy Archer.  You can also send your views via the 'Contact Us' facility on this website.

If you wish to make a formal complaint, please write to
Mrs. Archer, who will:
Acknowledge your complaint in writing within 3 days
Investigate it thoroughly
Treat it confidentially
Respond to you fully, in writing, within 10 working days.

If there is any delay, Mrs Archer will let you know the reason for this and when you may expect to receive a detailed reply.
